Schilteck Castle is located in the Black Forest in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Built in the 13th century, it was damaged by a fire in 1814 and remained in ruins until 1980, when restoration work began leading to its reconstruction. Today the castle is used as a youth hostel and offers panoramic views of the Nagold valley.
