Arco Castle (Italy)

Along the lake, one of the elements that characterizes the landscape of the Garda Trentino is the presence of Arco Castle overlooking, where it widens, the plain of the river Sarca. Three streets lead up to the castle, which was the residence of the Counts of Arc during the middle ages, and all, after leaving the last houses of the village, winding through the olive trees that surround the hill to easily reach the castle. Once past the last circle of walls leads to the Prato della Lizza, green balcony on the territory of the Garda Trentino, dominated by three huge walls of the Grand Tower, from the Sasso Prison and the Fresco room with precious frescoes of the game of chess and battles; at the top, the last refuge in case of siege, the Renghera Tower which, with its bell called renga to summon the peasants.
