Elcho Castle (Scotland)

Elcho Castle is a historic fortress located on the south bank of the River Tay, about 4 miles southeast of Perth, Scotland. Built in the 15th century, the castle has undergone several modifications over the centuries but still retains much of its original appearance. Currently owned by the Scottish government agency Historic Scotland, the castle is open to the public during the summer months.
