Tal Virtu Castle (Malta)

The Tal-Virtu area of Rabat is one of the most magnificent areas in Malta. The area boasts not only a magnificent castle, called Palazzo Virtu, which is believed to have been built in the early 20th century, but also a Rotonda chapel (dedicated to Santa Maria) dating back half a millennium!

The imposing castle offers a magnificent 360 ° view of the island. A similar palace was also built in the Ta 'Qali area, but it was destroyed during the bombings of the Second World War.
